We show properties seven days a week and are available at any time to help tenants find just the right home.  We also provide reports to owners with viewing statistics, feedback from prospects and property conditions throughout the marketing process until your home is rented.

·       Assessing and collecting late fees

How We Manage the Property:

Managing your home or investment is laborious work.  Our experienced staff knows how to handle high pressure situations the right way.  Service we offer but are not limited to include:

How We Manage Your Money:

Our Most important focus is managing your money.  State law governs how real estate brokers handle accounts.  We must adhere to a strict set of money handling rules and there are no exceptions.  Regulations listed below:

·       Establish and Maintain Owner’s Escrow Account (Minimum $250 required for emergency repairs)

·       Disbursing Money to the Owners between 12th-15th of every month
