Advertising cost for landlords has doubled in the past few years. This has caused vacancy time to significantly increase for months, in return this cost you as the owner more money. We have come up with a program for those “Do-It-Yourself Investors.”
Vision Management and Real Estate, LLC will list your property in our marketing program, screen callers, process applications (credit, criminal, employment, rental history) and pass them on to you.
This is how it works:
· Listing your home in our system. Once you are a part of our inventory list we will post your property on FMLS, several nationwide websites. You will receive the full benefits of this expensive marketing without incurring the big fees.
· Screen Callers. We interview the callers as to when they are looking to move, how many pets, discuss security deposits, and number of occupants. We will let you identify the criteria and match callers to your specific wishes.
· Application and Credit Report. Once we have received a completed application we will email you the application, credit report, criminal background, and other documents.

Note: All renewals cost $89.00 for 30 days. Why so much? Because our license agreements require we charge at lease what the sites charge the public for a 30 day ad. It’s better for you to do 60 or 90 days.
